Training and Support
We know how frustrating technical issues can be for end-users. We offer a dedicated, UK based, email and phone support service, staffed by experts with an intimate knowledge of our products, at no additional cost.
Our trainers are available to provide individual or group training tailored to the specific needs of your users. We can undertake group training at your premises, or if more convenient, off-site. We offer one-to-one training in person, or remotely, via web-conference, which can be particularly cost effective for home-workers.
We also offer regular on-line training sessions for new users, and provide regular in-depth webinars on specific product areas. The webinar back-catalogue is also available via our catch up service.
